Spring 2012 Rugby Season
Indoor pre-season training begins January 10, 2012 (players should wear standard gym clothing, including gym shoes, mouthguards, and bring water):
- Tuesdays 3:30-5pm @ Eola Center (555 Eola Road, Aurora)
- Thursdays 3:30-5pm @ Players Indoor Sports (1740 Quincy Avenue, Naperville)
As the season starts we understand your son may have other commitments, like other sports, work or homework. You son is welcome to join us after these commitments, even if traning has started.
Please make sure your son has a mouth guard at ALL trainings. The best mouth guard to get is a custom one, we have a team sponsor that will offer them for only $25. It will take around 48 hours for Dr. Rickard from Meadow Lake Dental Care to complete the job. Please refer to our Sponsors page for contact information.
Regular season practices will be conducted Monday through Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00pm beginning early March (weather permitting). Practices will be held at Crossroads Field at the northwest corner of South Eola Road and Wolf's Crossing Road in Aurora (south of Waubonsie Valley High School).
Games will generally be scheduled on Wednesdays and Thursdays from mid-March through the end of May (depending upon how far the team goes in state playoffs).
