Rugby Helps Football Players: If you want better football players in the fall, have them play rugby in the spring. Everyone plays offense and runs the ball. Everyone plays defense and makes tackles. It is the perfect off-season training program for high school football players. It makes you mentally and physically tougher.

Palmer rugby club plays at the men's division 1 club level. Palmer College of Chiropractic offers 1/4 to 3/4 tuition based scholarships for their rugby players.
